TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All rights, including copyright, on this website are owned by The Late Brake Show and Carperv Ltd (the trading name of The Late Brake Show). Any use of the site or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without prior permission.

By placing an order you are agreeing to purchase a product according to the following terms and conditions.
Dispatch and Delivery
Orders will be processed on a weekly basis, unless otherwise specified at the time of order.
We’re a small team, so all orders received by midnight on a Friday night will be processed over the weekend, ready for dispatch on a Monday.
We post all UK orders out via Royal Mail second class. Delivery times are (sadly) out of our hands and can be subject to delays (from Royal Mail or force majeure); we cannot be held responsible for any delays. Sorry!
We can ship internationally and all international orders will be posted via Royal Mail and will take around 5-14 business days from the point of dispatch. They will also be subject to (potential) local customs delays. Sadly that kind of stuff is out of our hands.
Royal Mail UK = £3.95
Royal Mail International (Europe, including Republic of Ireland) = £6
Royal Mail International (USA) = £22
Royal Mail International (Rest of World) = £20
(Based on a small parcel of up to 1 kg. Larger orders may require additional shipping charges and we will contact you on receipt of your order if so).
For deliveries outside of the UK, in addition to appropriate international shipping charges, you will be responsible for any and all local taxes, duties, tariffs or other similar charges or impositions associated with your purchase, if any. By placing your order, you are agreeing that you will be responsible for and will pay, as due, all such charges, as applicable.
Oh and UK Bank holidays are not classified as delivery days, so please allow extra working days for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays, or indeed International Bank Holidays.
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit/debit card or PayPal account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
Goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
If any of our goods fail to meet your purchase expectations, you can return it to us for a full refund within 28-days (from the order date), providing the goods are returned in a resalable condition and in their original packaging. Items received after 28-days will be managed on a case-by-case basis, subject to our internal checks surrounding the retuned goods’ being of satisfactory standard for re-sale. We cannot accept or manage any exchange requests right now. Apologies.
If goods received are damaged, shipping costs and return costs will be covered by us, but this is the only time/circumstance we will refund shipping costs and cover returns postage.
Returns are at the purchaser’s expense and via a supplier of your choice, however, we cannot accept any liability for the manner in which items returned to us (so please choose wisely). If you are shipping an item over £20 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will notify you as soon as we receive your return.

All the information we provide on our shop is an accurate as we can make it (and we will always try hard here). Any errors are unintentional and we will correct errors as quickly as possible.
We have tried to put as much detail as possible for each product listed, so please read each product description carefully before committing to buy. Doing this will prevent the need for unnecessary returns.
Prices for our products are subject to change, in line with our suppliers costs to us, and we will do our best to notify anyone affected by price changes as quickly as possible.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition to the goods sold and are confirmed during the checkout process.
Product care is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please be mindful of how you ‘care’ for our items once received. All items are sourced as environmentally-friendly as possible, meaning they may not have the same wear and tear as some more ‘generic’ brands. That said, with the correct care they should last you for a good while.
We may, from time to time, offer promotional discount codes. The conditions of use will be specified at the time of issue. Please read these carefully!
Promotional codes can only be used once per person, and must be used in accordance with the conditions stated (and in the spirit they are intended). But just to be clear:
· A promotional code cannot be used after an order has been placed.
· You cannot swap your promotional code for cash.
Please note, we cannot guarantee to be able to amend orders, once placed, but will always do our best. We definitely won’t be able to change any orders after 5pm on a Friday.

Specific Sales Terms
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until your payment has been approved us and we have debited your credit or debit card.
Oh and it sounds mean, but we need to say it… We reserve the right, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
