Shipping and Returns
Dispatch and Delivery
Orders will be processed on a weekly basis, unless otherwise specified at the time of order. We're a small team and will dispatch weekly according to demand with the exception of order placed prior to Christmas where we will aim to pick orders & dispatch orders more frequently. Please email us at email@example.com if your order is urgent.
We post all UK orders out via Royal Mail 2nd class or Royal Mail Tracked 48 depending on what you select at checkout. All order overs £10 have the option of Tracked 48. Please note that if you select standard Royal Mail 2nd class (and not Tracked 48) this is dispatched at your own risk. This is unsigned for and untracked and in the event the order does not reach you (but has been shown to have been delivered by Royal Mail) there is nothing further we can do. For extra peace of mind, especially for larger orders, we encourage you to select "Tracked 48" as a shipping option.
Delivery times are sadly out of our hands and can be subject to delays (from Royal Mail or force majeure).We cannot be held responsible for any delays. Sorry!
We ship internationally and all international orders will be shipped via Royal Mail on a tracked service. Deliveries take anywhere from 5-14 business days from the point of dispatch, depending on which country. They will also be subject to (potential) local customs delays and also sometimes there may be additional import duty, local taxes to pay. Sadly that stuff is out of our hands.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (UK) = £5.50
Royal Mail Standard International (Europe, including Republic of Ireland) Tracked = £12.95
Royal Mail Standard International Tracked (USA) = £22
Royal Mail Standard International Tracked (Rest of World) = £20
(Based on a small parcel of up to 1kg. Larger orders may require additional shipping charges and we will contact you on receipt of your order if so).
For deliveries outside of the UK, in addition to appropriate international shipping charges, you will be responsible for any and all local taxes, duties, tariffs or other similar charges or impositions associated with your purchase, if any. By placing your order, you are agreeing that you will be responsible for and will pay, as due, all such charges, as applicable.
UK Bank holidays are not classified as delivery days, so please allow extra working days for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays, or indeed International Bank Holidays.
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit/debit card or PayPal account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
Goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
To request a return and receive return instructions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If any of our goods fail to meet your purchase expectations, you can return it to us for a full refund within 28-days (from the order date), providing the goods are returned in a resalable condition and in their original packaging. Items received after 28-days will be managed on a case-by-case basis, subject to our internal checks surrounding the returned goods’ being of satisfactory standard for re-sale. We cannot accept or manage any exchange requests.

If goods received are damaged, shipping costs and return costs will be covered by us, but this is the only time/circumstance we will refund shipping costs and cover returns postage.
Returns are at the purchaser’s expense and need to be sent through Royal Mail as our returns address is a PO Box address, however, we cannot accept any liability for the manner in which items are returned to us. If you are shipping an item over £20 you should consider using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will notify you as soon as we receive your return.
Cancelling your order
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com stating your intention to cancel your order. Please include your order number in the email.
It may not always be possible to stop an order before it is dispatched. In this instance, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtained details for how to return your order.
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
If you reside within the UK or the European Union and you cancel your entire order within 14 days of receipt of your goods, we will refund the standard postage costs you paid as part of that order, in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations for orders over £42.
If you paid for an enhanced delivery method, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. You would need to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage charges if you cancel after 14 days of receipt – or if you only cancel part of your order.
